Food Science has always aroused great interest in me, enough to want to make it the center of my work. In order to achieve this, I obtained a degree in Biological Sciences in 2015 and a master’s degree in Food Sciences in 2018, both at the University of Florence.
I am registered in the National Register of Biologists section A with the order number: AA_088406.
I follow refresher courses in the scientific and nutritional fields to keep up to date on new nutrition issues and to offer to the people who rely on my professionalism and competence.
